Custom Townhome In Downtown Homer, 4 Minute Walk To Museum And Restaurants

Two fairly new, two story, fusion style townhouses in the quaint town of Homer. This listing is for Evergreen Townhouse #2, the East unit.

Ideally located two blocks from Homer's artsy city center. This 1200 sq. ft., two story, custom townhome offers three bedrooms, two full baths and completely outfitted kitchen and dining area that seats six. Comfortable living area equipped with a flat screen T.V. with Satellite connection. Two bedrooms with king beds and private balconies, makes it perfect for two couples exploring Alaska together. And with a petite bedroom with queen bed, it also accommodates a family or group of six easily.

Master Bedroom Suite upstairs is soothing and very spacious with King Bed, seating area, flat screen TV with a satellite connection, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and private balcony, with a partial ocean view with mountains.

Second Master Bedroom downstairs also has King Bed, tiled floors, open beam ceiling, cedar-lined walls, and a private balcony overlooking a beautiful wooded area and small pond.

Third Bedroom is upstairs is a petite room and has a convenient queen for additional couple, kids or singles.

Easy 4 minute walk to Homer's new wonderful Hornaday Park, museums, cafes, restaurants, and art galleries. Homer Old Town area is a short 10 minute walk, with multiple access points to Homer's sand beaches and Bishop's Beach area.

Pets are welcome upon writing via e-mail. There is a fee of $30 pet, per day. We ask the owners to never leave their pets unattended, to keep the pet downstairs only, and off of all furniture. Other than that, we are easy!

Great location. Okay Place to Stay
House was okay. Some things didn’t work or was not as described but still was okay place to stay. Easy to walk to any restaurants and grocery stores, which made it convenient. Hate that everything is nickel and dimed - including the additional adults, even though there are three bedrooms. Once more people stay there, place will get better as more things will get fixed. Super nice that they gave us dog bowls and bed!

We loved our stay! The townhouse was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family and pup. Centrally located and minutes from all of the Homer sites. Communication was excellent. We will for sure rebook next time we are in Homer.

Great place!
Having 2 king bedrooms was a big plus, for our group of two couples and our adult son. TVs in each bedroom was also a luxury. Comfortable beds, too! Don’t discount the “petite bedroom” as it is plenty big enough. Great location and just like the pics. Having laundry accessible was also a bonus. Thanks, Marilyn, for a comfortable stay!

So enjoyable!
This property is beautiful & the hosts are amazingly hospitable & accommodating. We had our two dogs with us, so I would’ve appreciated a larger yard & a bit more remote location, however it’s still very quiet & enough space to let them run a bit. It was just my hubs & I so we didn’t get to use all of the bedrooms & bathrooms… would be perfect for a small group. Great location, great amenities, friendly & communicative hosts… really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We were a party of 6, family and friends. The place was a little small for hanging out, meaning the kitchen and dining room, living room area was sort of small, but perfectly serviceable. And in Homer, Alaska, you don’t want to be inside hanging out anyway! The place was cute and clean. The service, and the people, were impeccable! Kind & responsive hosts. I highly recommend this place. Also, they own the Homer Inn & Spa. And Spa was outrageously wonderful. You get a discount at the spa if you’re staying at this place. Would absolutely stay there again.

Nice townhouse in convenient location
The townhouse was very nice, looks newly remodeled, and the property management extremely easy to work with. The entire place was very clean, my only recommendations are: more towel hooks in the bathrooms and smoke alarms in each bedroom.

Incredibly comfortable beds!
When we first arrived, the key code did not work, but the property managers were quick to get on it and get us in. There was excellent communication. We did have a snafu as the upstairs toilet at the time was not working and they were working to fix that, but we understand that things like that happen and it did not ruin our stay, or would not prevent me from renting this property again. The beds were the most comfortable beds that I have slept on outside of my own and I travel a lot.

We arrived with our dog, our 13 year old daughter, our college age son and his friends. 8 people total. The bedrooms were very comfortable and two of them were spacious. The property was centrally located and a great location. An quick walk to the beach, shopping, museum and coffee house. To our surprise a dog bed, dog dishes, waste bags, lent brush and dog treats were waiting for our pet! Had I known I wouldn't have dragged many of those items with us for the trip. This townhouse also offered a discount at the Homer Spa which was the highlight of our trip and I highly recommend!! The spa was all outdoors and overlooked the inlet. It captured the essence of Homer. We all look forward to staying at Paul and Marilyn's townhouse and the Homer Spa!

Everything was truly perfect!
I wish we could have stayed longer! We over planned our trip and didn't have a chance to actually BE in this beautiful home. It was cozy and enjoyable. We got to meet the owner Paul when we got there and he was able to give us all sorts of tips about where to visit while in town. My adult children and their spouses, as well as my husband and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! and if the owners are ever in MN, I would be happy to host your family as well, just let me know.
