"The Hogs Head Inn was a great place to stay to explore Northumberland, with convenient bus and train connections to the beach and historic sites. Staff were very helpful, the breakfast was ample and delicious as were dinner selections. I will seriously consider related hotels when returning to the UK. "

"Delightful accommodation.We went in the grange with two dogs and we had plenty of space in our room with a super size bed and a separate bathroom. Lots of parking, plenty of space to walk dogs. Breakfast was first class. We had superb Eggs Benedict, but also had salami, cheese, croissants and pain au chocolate. There was also cereals, fruit, yogurts etc in offer. Location is great for all major towns and smaller places, like Rothbury."

"Lovely room in a lovely hotel. We were there for a wedding at Doxford Hall which was only 5 minutes by car. Quiet location, lovely to hear the birds in the morning. Nice touch having the teepee on site for the football. "

"Stayed Here a Couple Of Times In Last 3 Months, Same Room (Room No6) We Know The Bathroom Had Been Recently Updated And Is Very Nice ,But Main Room Is In Need Of A Revamp. The Staff Are Excellent As Is The Food, Would Not Hesitate To Stay Here Again"

"Very clean. Room was small but adequate. Breakfast was very good and the cooked breakfast was freshly cooked and hot. Staff were very helpful and introduced old friends to me from many years ago. "
