"I specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool, hot tub and a dining area. All of them were closed and it didn't day say anything on the website stating that they were closed. Only 1 of the ice makers worked, half of the laundry facilities said out of order, the back parking lot was dirty and had weeks everywhere. The air conditioner in my room didn't work. They did address this right away, but they moved me to a room with two queen beds and I was in a room that had 1 king bed. The...
