"Property was spacious and nicely decorated but unfortunately not the cleanest or well soundproofed with flats above and below. The views made up for it but various Crockery and saucepans had to be cleaned before use, rooms were a bit dated with paint chipping off walls in the bathroom and the brambles on the driveway and path leading up-to the property could also do with cutting back. Having said that great location for visiting the beaches and could never tire of the view it gives you."

"We had 2 wonderful weeks at this property. The location was fantastic as was the view. It was very well equipped and comfortable. There were plenty of places to eat in or takeaway or just sit for coffee. A couple of minor problems were quickly resolved by the agent. Easily accessible and with parking underground secure. Only minor complaint was the towels provided which were well past their sell-by date. (We went a bought a couple of bath towels for £15.)"

"The apartment is probably the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. Rooms are much larger and inviting than presented in the pictures. Very well located from two very cute towns: Boscastle and Tintangel, with the coastal walk literally in front of the house. "The apartment is perfectly positioned with gorgeous views of the beach from every window. The apartment is on a hill and the walk to the beach, although short, is quite steep, so that may be a consideration for some. There wasn't a single thing we wanted during the stay that wasn't available: it is very much a home away from home. Rachel was a great host, easily contactable and friendly. We had such a wonderful time and definitely intend to return."
