Booked us in for breakfast when we arrived which meant that we didn’t have to pay 4 adults (if we had to book online) for 2 adults 2 children. 2 Hot tubs were available but no jacuzzi, that was drained but no bother. The spa facilities were great. Pool wasn’t the warmest to start with but if you were in and moving it’s perfectly fine. No complaints from us or the children! Plenty of people swimming when we were in. Food was tasty and service was quick and attentive. Room was clean and modern. No complaints. Thanks for a great stay!"

"An easy and convenient overnight at Heathrow. Simple to access from terminal 4, and multiple options to other terminals for your connections. Staff were all excellent. Gym was hard to find and a little dated, but it did the job. We’d stay again for sure. "
