"Great value for money. This Hotel is just at the backnof the walk of fame, with an easy access through the mall. Its located on a nice and quite street. Staff are great and helpful and make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. They didn't have any GF breakfast options available, but ai found out that you can try to let them know when making the booking and they will do their best to accommodate you. "By far the worst customer service I ever experienced. She was difficult, cold, and gave minimal effort. I almost felt like I was bothering her by checking in. And god forbid I had a question.. I was better off winging it. The room's heater didn't work, so I had to ask for an extra blanket but it was such a task to engage with her, I avoided it til the cold was unbearable.
