"The cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Everything was super clean, the rooms the lobby the hallway. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is exceptional with only a short walk to the heart of Hollywood Blvd. Some great eating options around the area too. The only thing I can fault is that the walls, floors, doors, ceilings are very thin and I could hear every movement up above and also what I assume are the longer staying patrons were very loud between the hours of 2-4am. Shouting down hallways and slamming doors. Other than that a great experience."

"The property itself was great. The amount of fees that are being charged at these hotels are crazy ridiculous. There's a resort fee, a daily facility fee, a daily facility fee for California and then there's just a FEE---some random amount that is being charged."

"Very helpfull staff. Showers were blast. Never had this much high pressure shower in life. It was like a waterfall. Rooms were clean. Will stay again if visiting Universal Studio."
