"Our fourth time staying in The Penthouse at Folly for our holiday family gathering. The layout is perfect for us - four bedrooms for the four siblings/spouses plus the upstairs loft rooms for the three kids (now young adults). The open format includes a well-stocked kitchen, large dining table and seating/TV area so everyone can spread out and do their thing. "Lovely, quiet condo nestled in the woods, with a short path through indigenous vegetation to the beach. Condo was nicely remodeled, and very cozy/ comfortable. Great location on the west end of the island with accessibilty to Fresh Fields Village, and its excellent restaurants. Would definitely rent again… "

"We had a great stay. The condo was easy to find, right across from the pool which was large and never crowded. Loved the double porches and saw multiple dolphins every day! Downside: the living room furniture was extremely worn out. We had chose that specific unit for the extra sleeping room with the pull out couch. All of the living room seating needs replaced. Other than that,we had a great time!"
