"We arrived and the power was off due to the flooding that area received in the past few days. However the young lady at the desk did everything in her power to accommodate us. She went ahead and let us in the room where we could at least stretch out on the bed and once power was restored she made our room keys. I didn’t get her name but I definately think she is an OUTSTANDING employee!! "

"Beautiful property we stayed in the balcony suite with a river view. Property had a few a leaks due to the heavy rain and it being an industrial building but no leaking in room itself. Would definitely stay again and recommend "

"We loved our stay at the Hyatt Centric in Memphis. The property was very clean, the rooms modern and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had drinks and food at the hotel bar several times. The food and drinks were good, although wine choices were somewhat limited. "

"Last minute reservations the lady at the front desk was the nicest person ever! Only issue we had was that the ac in our room did not work. Yet the lady up front took care of it she put us in a different room after hours ( front desk closes at 10) I know she was tired yet she was so helpful and understanding. Loved the rooms we got smelled nice not stuffy at all beds were heaven "
