Queen's Grant E-116 - Stunning Beachfront Vistas

Make yourself at home in the oceanfront condo of best-selling North Carolina novelist Diane Chamberlain! The living room, with its expansive view of the ocean, is Diane's favorite spot to sit and write. The sliding glass doors open onto a wide deck that leads directly to the beach. The pool, boat ramp/docks, and fishing are all convenient features on the sound side of the complex. A convenient walkway from the oceanfront deck leads to the closest beach access.

Queen's Grant offers convenient community amenities for its guests. The complex has private beach accesses for its residents and guests between each oceanfront building. The sound side of the complex is where you'll find the refreshing swimming pool and rejuvenating hot tub, open May through September. The picnic and grilling area overlooks the children's play area so you can keep an eye on the little ones while cooking a delightful grilled meal. Queen's Grant also provides a community boat ramp and dock for its homeowners and guests. Parking for boat/jet ski trailers is limited and is used on a first-come-first-serve basis. Internet is provided for the entire Queen's Grant community and is accessible in all properties.

E-116 offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bed sizes include a King and 2 Twins. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided.

➤***Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA***

Perfect for small family!
We have a family of 5 with 3 small children, this property was perfect for us. Everything was a short walk away. All the local restaurants were delicious.

I couldn’t have been happier with this impeccably clean condo. The decor was very nice and also very comfortable. We were just steps away from the beach which made it super convenient. The check in and check out process was so easy. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the condo with my two kids and I have to say I don't see how it could have been any better. We relaxed on the beach and by the pool (after a short walk) and just had a wonderful week. It was our second time at this location, I look forward to the 3rd...and 4th....

We loved our stay in Topsail. The condo was as pictured and well appointed with everything we needed. The beach was never crowded even though it was mid-June. We would love to stay here again.

Nice, easy beach access
Very nice oceanfront condo with super easy beach access. Fantastic rear deck/balcony and views of the surf. Kitchen has adequate cooking space and utilities. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Laundry room was spacious and convenient. Living room furniture is worn and should be updated, as were TV's in LR & MBR. May consider a return.
