The phone system at the front gate required information that we did not have handy. i.e. the name of the person we were visiting! On the third day, we contacted someone by phone. She asked that we send a picture of our license plate, then the automatic reader would let us in. That worked perfectly but could have been done before we arrived in the first place.The door code on the condo...

"The property was lovely and as advertised but we had quite a lot of trouble getting thru security at the gate. The owner was very kind and helpful but we were not able to get ahold of her or the alternate contact provided for about an hour. Although we submitted all information required security would not allow us through. "
