Beds were very comfortable, everything was immaculately clean, the hot tub was great, and the location was fantastic for access to Arches and Canyonlands (we wanted to be about halfway between the Needles and Island in the Sky districts, and this home was perfect. Everything was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully planned, and I hope to stay here again when we visit Moab! "

"The owners obviously care about this home and their guests. From the cleanliness to the Lindt chocolates and flowers that greeted us, to the fully stocked kitchen, and luxious bath towels we felt cared for. The outdoor sitting areas give wonderful access to the beauty of the LaAl Mountains and Moab Rim. If you want a beautiful, peaceful place to enjoy nature, this is the place to go."

"The home was absolutely beautiful inside and out situated right next to a stunning ridgeline. Well appointed and equipped, exceeding expectations. The home was just 15 minutes from downtown Moab, and while it's just off the highway is was very quiet. Excellent communication from pre to post-trip. Had one minor mechanical issue and the management company had someone address it within hours. Highly recommend rental. "

"We stayed 3 nights at this home. The good things: beds were comfortable and it was easy to find. The negative things: - cell coverage is very very poor here. Not really something the owner can so. Just good to know. - WiFi is HORRIBLE. The router is located in an adjacent home so they can’t really improve it. If you sit in a particular spot you can find it. No coverage in the bedrooms at all. This becomes a big problem since you don’t have cell coverage either if you need to reach anyone. - the BBQ was disgusting and falling apart. Avoid if possible. - cleanliness was ok. The cold air return behind the tv was nasty. No paper towels. - couch in family room was very worn and damaged - lack of privacy. There are no window coverings on the patio door, front door window, window next to the front door and next to the washer and dryer which is by the bedrooms. - burned out light bulbs. They came out and fixed those for us. - it backs 191 which is a busy highway. Again not something they can change just know you will hear it all day/night. Overall the stay was okay. For the price I would have expected more. "

"We couldn’t have been happier with this house and the peace and quiet of the ranch! The other cabins were spaced out so far away as to be unnoticeable. It was a long drive to town (20+ mins), but well worth it. We even spent a couple days just enjoying the house and surroundings rather than going on an adventure. We would definitely stay here again! "
