"Just returned from a lovely holiday at Bovisand. The views across Plymouth sound were amazing and the kids had a great time. Everything was just as described and our hosts were everything you could ask for. I only had very minor issues. The first being the road into the estate is not for the faint hearted, very narrow single track road with limited visibilty. Had a couple of near misses with drivers driving too fast. "Very happy with our chalet the only problem we had was connecting to the internet but that was soon sorted via messaging our host. Possibly it might have been nice for a little tray of teabags coffee n long life milk to have been supplied for a cuppa after our long journey but other than that all good."

"Arrived at the accommodation with clear instructions from AJ the host. Parking was accessible and plentiful. Check in was easy with the key left in a lockbox. Chalet was very clean and well furnished with all the kitchen amenities that we needed. We did cook on a couple of occasions and it helped to have everything we needed there, the host even left some essentials such as cooking oil milk etc. which was much appreciated. Location was great, Dartmouth harbour was stunning when the sun came...

"On opening the door the smell of damp and mould hit you the beds where soo damp utensils in kitchen draw were mouldy there was no hot water in kitchen and the shower had no hot water ,there were no batteries in the dvd remote so could not use it so all in all stay was not good in fact we came home early as we had had enough we could not contact the owner as there was no WiFi on site and the mobile number he had given was incorrect"

"We were a bit nervous having read some poor reviews for Whitsand Bay Fort but this unit is privately owned and was perfect for us as a family of 4. Everything we needed was provided. If you're looking for lots of beach time, the closest beach is Treganhawke which is absolutely beautiful and there are life guards on duty however the climb is really steep so be prepared 😀"

"We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread.
