"Stayed for two nights as attending a function locally. Accommodation perfect for us. Well appointed studio with en-suite shower/wc. Very clean and nicely furnished. Own entrance to rear of pub. Street parking plentiful and free. Pub restaurant had tasteful decor, friendly staff and good food. This would make an ideal base for touring south Lincolnshire or north west Norfolk. "

"Unfortunately as we had travelled by train we were limited to using the buses to get into King's Lynn which was quite a good service but was a long 20/25 minutes walk to the bus stop from the hotel. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff and very clean throughout. Delicious food "
