"昨年から鹿児島ではこちら一択です。新しくて清潔。土日は温泉も混み合いますが、いつも金曜日の夜からの滞在なので、ゆっくり温泉も楽しめます。部屋のバスも使いやすいです。 隣にはスーパー、ドラッグストアもあります。またタイムズシェアカーも近くにあるので便利。遠出の拠点にしてます。 外資ホテル特有の大きな羽毛枕２つがないのが残念。星一つ減点。 一階のカフェのパンもケーキも美味しいです。 さつまぐまも気に入ってます。 "

"I stayed here in 2023 and 2025, and this is where I will stay when I return. The rooms are nice and beds comfortable. Breakfast was a tasty hot buffet. You are across the street from the train station. "

"the onsen was seriously the highlight of the trip, and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me when I left something in my previous hotel, even though they didn't have to. The buffet breakfast and dinner was huge and the beds were really comfortable. I drove here so no idea on public transportation but parking was easy and I highly recommend!"
