"Bel Marina is definitely a 5-star resort in Hoi An. The property was amazing, the rooms were spotless, the customer service was excellent, and their pools were amazing to relax in! I would recommend this property to people who are looking to relax a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of the old town as it is about a 10-minute walk to the old town."

"Absolutely excellent hotel, brilliantly helpful & friendly staff, restaurant very good, certain breakfast items could be served warmer such as sausages, bacon beans, this was mentioned however it seems that my suggestion was sidelined. Other than this minor issue all else in the dining area was great. Some mould obvious in shower cubicle which we endeavoured to ignore. Again worth mentioning however would certainly not discourage visiting again and for sure recommend to friends and family. Other than these two minor moans we absolutely enjoyed each and every day ….. well less enjoyed the few dull / colder days. "The property is a few blocks away from the main area and super walkable with lots of restaurants. The hotel restaurant was great. I really enjoyed this hotel but the only complaint was that my room had a really bad musty smell. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. Anna at the bar was super friendly and she makes a great cocktail. "
