Evening meal was delicious and presented very well. We stayed 6 days and breakfast buffet was delicious and plenty of choices. Only comment was there is no decaf coffee. "Lovely hotel, old feel. Dinner of soup salad and bread included, as well as breakfast. Walking distance to train and beautiful Kalmar Castle. Food was great, room lovely. Staff made all the difference—lovely and welcoming. This hotel is a gem!"

"Excellent value for money. The key benefits about the hotel is its location and the free breakfast which is very good. That said, the rooms are VERY small. The lighting in the room is inadequate, there is no closet or shelves for clothes and just 4 electrical outlets in the room very inconveniently places.
