"No water in the room, only one set of towels despite booked 2ppl, battery of remote control broken, no soap in the shower, door to staircase broken, elevator not stopping in the ground floor,... All these small things sum up to having made it quite unpleasant for the amount of money paid"

"Loved our stay at Hotel Sonnblick. The staff was incredible, meals were some of the best we had on our entire trip right at the hotel. Clean and very nice wellness area with sauna. We will be back again for sure!"

"Lovely hotel with perfect, very friendly service. Very good food, tasty dinner and also breakfast, nicely served and not buffet style. Very special and relaxed atmosphere. The spa is great too. 15 min walk to downtown but there is a ski shuttle service in the morning and buses are going too. "

"Had a great stay at Anthony’s. The hotel is great in the summer to use as a base to hike and bike as cable cars and trails super close. Also surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars. We had an Anthony’s suite on the 4th floor which was great, a good size, good amenities and comfortable. However no AC so a little warm.. but not really an issue as could leave the balcony door ajar at night. Staff were friendly and very helpful. A shout out to Dan in the bar particularly. "I highly recommend this hotel because staff are helpful and friendly. Early check-in is very possible because they have the best housekeeping team. While we are having our breakfast, our room was nicely cleaned up so that when we return after breakfast, our room smelled great with lavender scent.
