"Arrived late to find the check in not working, a German speaking guest tried to ring, but it seems that no one was willing to help. No telephone numbers available to call for help. Luckily to system started to work after a while, surely it is possible to employ a member of staff to work overnight to deal with situations like this, and in event of fire!!"

Fortunately member of staff appeared who was very helpful. Have stayed in France B&B Hotels before and know what to expect. Very good value for money-especially the out of town venues-often near commercial/industrial parks which is fine if you don't intend to use room as a base for sight-seeing. As a stop-over/rest...

"I’d fully recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Strasbourg. The tram is a 5 min walk and gets you straight into the markets and in the main station. The room was very comfortable and exactly what was needed for a base to go explore. The bed was huge and very comfy. The shower was powerful and hot. The only downside was there isn’t a baggage store once checked out. "
