"This was my husband and I's first visit to Tranquil Ridge, and we will definitely be back with the rest of our family next time.It's in such a wonderful location. The views of the river are so pretty, and keep a lookout for the bald eagles traveling up and down the river!Our favorite thing was having the kayaks nearby to use. "Loved the cabin. Perfect for a couple. We loved the lower deck overlooking the River! The cabin has everything you need. The bathroom mirror is lighted and you can dim it to adjust the best lighting while doing your makeup. The kayaks are easy enough to access and a short walk. However, I would not recommend unless you are pretty experienced. There was a lot of rain in the area and the River was flowing. My guy was able to get across, but I just couldn’t. I’m strong and have kayaked before, but...
