"Everyone has been nice and helpful. The wash basin was blocked and not enough English tea and milk been provided but once mentioned to the staff then all been solved. The dining lady Tan was very nice and she suggested some good restaurants around the area. "

It made life a lot easier for us to have our evening meal there rather than head out on a winter evening with young children. Our boys really liked the table football in reception and the rooms were no frills but well presented and cleaned. "Good location, nice clean hotel, easy to check in and check out via the Hilton app, the app can be used as a digital key to open your door via your phone. Breakfast had good selection. Would recommend the hotel as would definitely stay here again."

"Jacuzzi out of order which I wanted to use and early check in confirmed but then wasn’t available. Other than those 2 things everything spot on. Staff friendly, place very clean and spacious and great toiletries provided. "

"Lovely clean rooms and easy check in/out. We got the conjoined rooms we requested on booking without any issue. I hadn’t realised there’s a daily charge for the car park, but it’s capped so not too expensive. Note there are no plug sockets on the side of the room by the beds, so unless you have a really long charging cable, you won’t be able to reach your phone! It was unfortunate the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night during our stay and communication from hotel staff at the time...

"Been here a few times and the staff are always friendly. Breakfast are lovely. Went between Christmas and the new year and is a short walk to the Winter Wonderland which was still in full swing."

"Very good location , looking a little tired now. Breakfast was very poor , the sausages had bits of gristle in which was a right out off. Overall breakfast is a 3/10. Parking virtually next door , although no discount offered by the hotel, so it was a little on the pricey side. Location 10/10 overall 6/10 (£156 for the night for one person - Dec 2024) "
