"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. "The hotel is fine and in decent condition. The walls are thin enabling me to hear my neighbors' TV. The staff were generally unable to converse in English and thus I had to use my broken German to try to get by - this resulted in my interactions with all but one person (a waitress at breakfast) being terse and cold - which is not/not typical for Austrians. "Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Arrived no hot water, internet did not work for two days,there was a bat in our room one day. Room was very hot. Room was very sparse not even Kleenex. Very kid friendly kids running up and down hill from early morning to night. Not recommended if you do not have kids"
