Unfortunately, each time it has rained, so we couldn't really enjoy the nice hiking trails adjoining the property. "Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Arrived no hot water, internet did not work for two days,there was a bat in our room one day. Room was very hot. Room was very sparse not even Kleenex. Very kid friendly kids running up and down hill from early morning to night. Not recommended if you do not have kids"

"This was our first family outing outside of Vienna and they were extremely friendly, the location has spectacular views and hiking and walking trails. The natural pool was a nice blend with the surroundings. The available bikes, ping pong, tennis, horseback riding is a lot more than an 11 yr old boy can dream of. Highly recommended."
