"This is a simple business type hotel. When we checked in there was a long line and the front desk person didn’t even talk to you when you checked in. He waved you forward with your fingers as he was arguing on the phone with somebody about a bill. Not exactly a warm, hospitable greeting. The room itself was fine. Clean with good beds. If you’re looking for a warm shower in a good bed, this hotel would suffice. I would, however, expect a much more appropriate greeting from the staff."

"Basic hotel, the room was clean and in reasonable repair. The staff are helpful but nobody doing anything exceptional. Breakfast was good. Biggest problem was the noise. I could hear plumbing, other people's TVs and the noise from outside was very loud a 7AM. There isn't much in the way of eating options, the small restaurant next door was ok for a couple of evenings, be aware, its cash only. "

My only complaint is that there were no USB outlets in the room or lobby for phone charging, and only the round 2 prong European outlets were provided. But this is just a small thing, for which I was not prepared. Elevator was a bit narrow, but that might be standard in this market. Good restaurants are a 10 minute walk for German, Indian, and Italian cuisines."

"The kiosk check in process was very difficult. We had to basically register all over again. All the information we put in to make the reservation needed to be repeated. Luckily there was a person there who checked us in at the desk. She put in manner and it all popped up. She printed out receipt and done.
