"This was more of a self serve property. The front desk was never staffed and when I checked in,4pm ish on. Tuesday I called the number and they gave me a code to a lock box. The room was nice but the hallway had a big echo from anyone in it and the carpet on the stairs was very worn. Also the windows were quite old and conducted so I d quite clearly from the nearby busy street. That being said the location was good, the battery park area is a very cute and attractive neighborhood."

"Booked the hotel because of its proximity to the private hospital, being close to the city, and the apartments being in a quiet area. The apartments are very clean and well maintained. The apartment we stayed in did not have air conditioning which, in summer, would have been great. There was a fan in the room which worked incredibly well and very powerful. That definitely helped. "Was really pleasantly surprised at how good the room was for a pub room. The bathroom was very modern, the room was comfortable and the staff were amazing. Would definitely stay again. My only one thing was there was what sounded like a fan that ran outside somewhere overnight so for light sleepers it may irriate light sleepers, but it didn't bother me. "
