"The customer service was top notch, very helpful and friendly. There is a washer/ dryer for those that are packing light like we were. Parking is a little tough but lots of overflow lots. The walls were thin so you could hear the neighbors but for the price, it’s a great place to stay!"

Accommodation was comfortable and clean, but we were mislead by the pictures and descriptions, as we thought that all of the paddock apartments had their own kitchenette. This is actually not the case, as each of the small buildings has 5 separate hotel rooms in them, with 1 communal kitchenette. "We arrived after checkin time & was helped by a very friendly & helpful staff member who had just finished her shift. The next day was a public holiday so we didn’t see anyone else as the hotel was closed. Easy walk down hill to city centre & harbour. Quite an effort to return. But if taking a car there are plenty of paid car parks available. "
