"I called ahead to ask if I could check in a little bit early. The woman at the front desk was super nice and when I arrived she was still there, remembered my name, and my room was ready. The lobby fed into the breakfast area. There were comfortable seating areas, business space and an abundance of chairs and tables for eating and meeting. The outdoor pool was very clean with firepit seating nearby. My room had a large, comfortable king bed and lots of pillows, large screen tv and a corner lounge chair by the window that could serve as a great additional sleeping space for a child or small adult. The bathroom was clean and well supplied with a kitchen niche just around the corner, complete with Keurig and K cups. There was a good sized closet, desk and drawer space. The personal thermostat controlled air/heat worked great I don't know if this hotel is new, it certainly looked like it. I liked the look and the cleanliness of having nice floors instead of carpeting. Great location at Hamilton Place mall and easy access to I75 for a 15 minute drive to historic old town Chattanooga. I felt very safe, had a good night's sleep and enjoyed a very nice free breakfast with eggs, biscuits, gravy....totally unexpected. The price was good and the staff was excellent - prompt, efficient, personable and helpful. Aisha (spelling?) is a wonderful example of front desk hospitality."

"No disappointment, kudo's to the staff !! Wonderful facility. It's been a long time since I have had this nice of a room and personnel as well. The employees were very welcoming & accommodating. The room was perfectly clean and beds are comfortable. The sheets were very clean & crisp like new sheets and I could tell the bed was freshly made. Most hotels the sheets are not clean (I can tell when sheets have been slept on and when they are fresh & unslept on). This hotel & its employees are the best. The breakfast was good on the go. Will stay here again when passing thru. "
