"Remember that it's student accommodation. The rooms are a good size and well finished. There is a gym and a pool on the campus, but it is necessary to drive into town for restaurants. This place is perfect for a quick one-night stay."

The premises are within easy reach of main roads to nearby Exeter and the coast, as well as lovely local pubs including Traveller’s Rest and Kings Arms for evening meals. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. "

"We stayed there for the graduation of our daughter. It was perfect location. Accommodation was nice and all really clean."

"We had a lovely one night stay. The hot tub was great and the beds were very comfy. Having a drying room was a good bonus and we appreciated being able to borrow things like plastic glasses to use in the hot tub and sliders. "

"The property was spotlessly clean and comfortable and a beautiful garden, Neil was able to cater for my fussy Husband at dinner and B/fast was ample and cooked fresh with plenty of variety, we wouldn't hesitate to return if in the area again."

"All 16 of us (6 adults, 10 kids) absolutely loved this house, as did our puppy.The house had everything we needed and the kids loved arriving to a delicious tray of rocky road.The pool (which is larger than the photos do justice) and hot tub are warm and perfect for everyone to enjoy on a cold February week in Devon.We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.. Fantastic find

"First time staying at Exeter Court. I can’t recommend this motel enough. The staff were all very friendly and professional. A lovely clean room very comfortable with lovely toiletries, hairdryer, ironing board and iron.Tea coffee making vacilities. Comfy bed. We ate at the restaurant, the food was first class. I would definitely recommend and come and stay again "
