"Traveled from out of town for a wedding. This was the perfect accommodation for what we needed for a us as a couple plus an adult family member. Very good communications, all by text. Easy to find with everything needed for those who don’t want the “hotel experience”. Very well appointed, decorated and stocked."

"What a perfect little getaway close to everything Pallasades has to offer. It was to adult males this trip and since we spent most the day out exploring the space was not to small and had all the necessary conveniences. Fill the fridge and cook or grill there and enjoy the patio for a cup of coffee and sun on your face. It would also be great for 2 close couples to use the space for a home base during several days of hiking or wineries. We will be back!"

"We met up with niece and her family. Her son is attending CMU and that night the Mavericks Football Team won the Nyikos Cup. Great day, great weather and this fantastic apartment to come back to. It met are needs perfectly. We travel with a small little dog and the well-stocked kitchen allowed us to make nice meals at home. Beautiful well-maintained rear lawn area. If we return for graduation, this would be a preferred place for the family to stay with multiple units available. Thank you."

"We stayed at this adorable bungalow for 2 nights in September , as we were attending a wedding in Grand Junction . It was decorated so nicely , was spotlessly clean , with a well appointed kitchen . The bed was so very comfortable . The location was perfect .It is just a few blocks from coffee shops , a brewery , a cafe and a bike shop . The owner Nicole was very helpful and accommodating Would highly recommend . "

"This apartment was perfect for our weekend stay for CMU parents weekend. The location is excellent for access to downtown and still walkable (about 20 mins) to campus and the football stadium. Our only minor complaint was that there's really no cooking facilities other than a toaster oven and microwave. Did not catch that fact from the listing. But we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very nice and we would stay here again in the future. Thanks!"
