"The proprietor was the most kind and helpful person in that position I have ever encountered in my many years of international travel. I have some mobility issues, and he brought our bags both up and down the steep stairs to the rooms. The breakfast on the unbelievably lovely top patio was simply fabulous and had a panoramic view of the Adriatic and old section of town. I highly recommend this spot as the place to stay in Polignano A Mare Italy "

"Francesco was very kind to us. We parked our car at the train station. The costs was 3 euros per 24 hours. He arranged to have someone pick us up, as well as take us back to our car when we finished our stay. The room was clean and well located in the historical center. The roof top deck had nice views of the sea. Francesco served drinks up there at 5pm for a minimal cost. Breakfast was outstanding! His mother makes the majority of the cakes that were served. They were all delicious!"

"We booked this hotel very last minute, and we really lucked out with how special it is! A family owned operation with an architecturally interesting building, in the ideal location. The owners and the staff were so genuine and helpful in every way. The breakfast was plentiful, and other meals for purchase were also great. They helped us with a day trip to Monopoli to the beaches, and gave great dining recommendations. We will miss this special hotel and hope to visit again soon! "

"This apartment is a great base to explore polignano a mare. It is clean and well located. However, the staff do not speak any English and there is much to be desired in terms of organisation. We had to wait 2 hours to have access to our room from check in time. We had to adjust our plans to facilitate this and had to wait nearby with all of our luggage. We also had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come and unlock the parking lot where we paid 20€ through the b&b to park our car the morning...
