All of the staff in the hotel were very friendly and we were particularly helped with advice on parking and restaurants by the lovely Margot in reception. "Had a great stay. It’s within walking distance of many of Lille’s attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a safe in the room and received complimentary drinks which I appreciated. I’d stay here again without a doubt!"
