"A beautiful hotel within a few minutes walk of the main square and old city of Lille. The hotel is sited in a former hermitage and lots of original features have been retained. It’s like staying in modern hotel with a museum attached and is fascinating to walk round. The staff could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. The pool and spa were very welcome after a wintry day in the city. The only slight issue we had was in the restaurant where our order was somehow lost and we were unable to have our original choice of food. However, the staff were apologetic and we left satisfied. "

"Beautiful hotel and lovely room. Great staff. The hotel is right in the center of town so access is easy to everywhere, but I recommend walking because traffic is a little crazy. The room itself was very clean and well decorated, but in the toilet room (which was separate from the sink/shower room) there is a slight sewer odor. However, I stayed in other places in Lille, and I have found the same thing to be true in those places as well. So I think it is a common problem for the city of Lille, and not necessarily something that the hotel has control of. With the door to the toilet room closed, there was no smell in the rest of the room. "

"Very nice location smack in the middle of the city. The car can be parked underground in a public parking about 200m from the hotel. Everything is basically walking distance. There are so many restaurants and wine bars in the surrounding area and shopping options are plenty as well. It is perfect for a weekend away or just a convenient overnight trip. The rooms are clean and cosy, the bathroom is well quipped and high quality towels are provided as well. Highly recommend this hotel and will surely stay there again for our next visit!"

"Convenient location to walk around Lille. Staff were excellent, especially Julia at reception who gave fabulous restaurant recommendations and even booked us a table. Bedroom was a little compact, but had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!"
