"The staff at this property and surrounding businesses were all extremely helpful! We were first time travelers to Japan with very little Japanese comprehension and the staff were able to communicate well in English. The traditional breakfast and dinner were both very delicious and you can tell the chef and wait staff all enjoy their work very much. Our waitress was extremely understanding of us not being used to the cuisine and was extremely helpful if explaining dishes and the order of things...
