"Valet parking was taking to long to give the car ticket when arrived because it was crowded, took around 30 mins to get it, the people there were not that friendly, only the lady at the bar! Black out curtain was not working, and the room we’ve gotten was loud. The space for breakfast was not enough and people were standing waiting for a place to be able to eat, there was people all around the hotel lobby waiting. The valet for leaving was worse, the guys there were frustrated and mad because there was no organization to get the cars, took around 45 mins to get ours! But it is just next to the aquarium. "

"This is the place to stay! The staff was super friendly, the bar tender was amazing, the shuttle driver was amazing! Hands down an amazing stay! The rooms are clean and the service is amazing. "

"The space was very refreshing in true Kimpton fashion. Loved the coffee machine in the room and the city view. Staff and service was great. I was there for a couple days and they gave me great local food spots to check out while I was here. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious. 10/10. "
