"We had a long day of travel and was afraid that we would miss a night. We messaged the host and they were very accommodating. We ended up getting there really late and the house was wonderful to walk into. The next morning was a beautiful sight and sound to be right on the river. Also, the road this home is on the Howland Road which takes you to some of the most beautiful Redwoods! This was a great home base to explore and hike the different majestic Redwoods. "

"The house matched its online description. It sits directly above the beach and provides great views. All four of us are over 70 years old and were able to use private path to access the beach. The pile of driftwood does require some maneuvering to get through it. It was cold and rainy while there, so we wished the fireplace worked, otherwise everything was consistent with listing. Great value and direct beach access make this house a great choice."

"I REALLY loved this property. I felt like every detail was considered. We were left a basket of snacks (how sweet is that!). We loved the movie and game selection. All the condiments i needed were there. It wasn't nice enough outside to play ping pong or last good. But i loved that those were options. Really loved the shower and the heated blanket!! Thanks for a lovely stay!"
