"Tough place to find when we arrived at night, but reading the reviews i knew this. I would recommend a sign at the "Y" in the drive way to point to the house. The house itself was very nice. There is definitely a smell of dogs in the house so if that is an issue, this may not be your place. I was not able to utilize the outdoor spaces or the river because of a storm. I was there for a JMU finction and it was in a great location, far enough yet close enough. Again the only issue is the dog smell,...

Close to both Shenandoah National park and Harrisonburg.The hosts were very organized with notes throughout the house giving details on how to operate appliances, etc. Kitchen was well stocked and the living room had a guest book with every guest’s recommendations in the area. "I got very lucky and ended up with 2 nights in this beautiful get-away. I originally booked it for a High School reunion for me and 3 girl friends. We thought we’d spend time in the hot tub but never made it out of the cozy house. We broke out yearbooks and laughed so much. We never even turned the tv on.
