"I was disappointed on this 2nd time stay at this location because: The telephones did not work, there was not an alarm clock in the room & there was a "smoke" smell in the air of the hallway on the 2nd floor. The ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work & drink machine was empty the whole time with no refills at all. I did bring these issues to the front desk attention. I needed to request a wake up call by having the on staff CSR to actually walk up to my room to KNOCK on the door at 6am (for...
