"Lovely hotel will definitely stay again"

"The girl at the desk was running the whole show the night we were there. I believe her name was Louise. She checked us in, got us drinks at the bar, waited on us for dinner and gave us directions to where we wanted to go. She was amazing! The beach down the road was stunning. Good food as well. Breakfast staff was also very pleasant. "

"The property is lovely this includes the grounds and the cottages. The service was not great. We had to call to inquire about breakfast no one let us know how this worked. We arrived to wait for about 15 minutes with the only two other guests at the hotel to have a sixteen year old boy wait on us. He didn’t know how to make coffee said he doesn’t drink it. Apparently he was left to his own devices at the house, we went into the kitchen twice looking for him to bring additional items. We were never told there was a whole other room with a continental breakfast that was part of our dining experience including juices, fruit and pastries. How do you leave a child to run an exclusive hotel is beyond me and very unprofessional. LV corporate would be ashamed by this level of incompetence and apathy."

"This spot is an absolute gem! Cannot say enough good things about our experience. It was perfect from beginning to end. The location is outstanding, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast they prepared and served was to die for! The manager Carol was extremely professional, super nice and overly accommodating! And Romana is such a wonderful and funny person. We enjoyed speaking with both of them so much during our stay. This was a short stop on a very long road trip around the UK for us, but this stop was by FAR one of our favorites and we are already planning our return trip in the Fall! Thank you Invernairne for making our 25th Anniversary Adventure even more spectacular and memorable! See you on the flip!"

"This hotel is perfectly located across the street from Inverness Airport, which was our plan for catching an early flight. We can easily walk to the airport. Yet it is very quiet and the surrounding area is pretty, green farmland, We are close to Culloden Battlefield and the Inverness City Centre is a short drive away. Very quiet, comfortable and clean hotel…"
