Our villa home is perfectly located within the heart of Sea Pines and less than 100 yards from a lovely stretch of picturesque South Beach and Braddock Cove. It is located only a few steps from the South Beach Village Marina with the famous Salty Dog Cafe and an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, and recreational activities.
On the third floor of Bluff Villas, this one-bedroom vacation home has been refurbished and beautifully decorated. The living room features a stylish lush three-seater sleeper sofa and a separate two seat sofa. In addition, there is a work desk, free high speed internet and WIFI, large flat-screen smart TV, Spectrum TV channels and DVR. Open to the living room, the dining area seats four at its glass-topped table. The new modern kitchen is equipped for living and is fully appointed with every major appliance needed for a relaxing, hassle-free vacation. Note Bluff Villa properties do not have elevators.
Thinking of a staycation?. There is a work desk and the WIFI and TV service has been upgraded to provide excellent high-speed internet speed and picture quality.
The private shaded balcony faces west towards the beach amid the oaks for capturing delightful sea breezes and beautiful sunsets.
The triple aspect bedroom features a king-sized bed, access to the balcony, and a walk-in closet. There’s also a ceiling fan and flat-screen TV with Spectrum.
The bathroom includes a double vanity with a modern walk-in shower and tiled floor.
This vacation home is fully equipped with everything you need for a hassle-free vacation including a fully equipped kitchen, towels, and sheets. Located in the heart of the Sea Pines you are close to championship golf and tennis facilities and well as miles of bike trails and beaches.
For beach lovers, the beach is less than 100 yards from a stretch of South Beach which provides views towards Harbour Town and fantastic sunsets over Daufuskie Island.
A short walk away is Tower Beach with outdoor grills, picnic tables, and a shaded pavilion that offers stunning views of the ocean and the entrance to Calibogue Sound. The Sea Pines Beach Club is a short car or bike ride away. It is a gathering place for sand and water activities as well as a beach bar and restaurants for lunch and dinner overlooking the ocean.
The South Beach General Store is a short walk away in the Marina for those last-minute items you may need. At the entrance gate to Sea Pines, there are a number of supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, and bars.

Short Weekend at Seapines
Nice villa, great location. AC, fan, etc. worked great. No issues. Had a question about the key pad, point of contact called me right back. Thanks! Suggestions/comments: 1. Keypad Operation - include in check in instructions. I hadn't used one before, so I missed a button. 2. Microwave Stove light - not operational (bulb?). 3. Since on the third floor, and if you have elderly guests (or yourself), may be a bit too much. 4. Perhaps invest in a Keurig type coffee maker. Thanks again!

Just the location we needed
We booked this unit for it's proximity to our family's condo. There was not enough room for everyone, so we went upstairs. We were already very familiar with the location (accross the street from the beach, and next door to Salty Dog). The 3rd floor walk-up can be exhausting at the end of a day in the sun, or with luggage - so, it's really just a "heads up" and something to consider when packing. The unit itself is lovely with a large kitchen, laundry, living room bedroom and a nice, large bathroom - double sinks are key that we don't have at home. The blacony is fine, it was very hot and humid, so we mostly stayed off it. We probably didn't take full advanage of the unit, we used the refrigerator, but not the stove or coffee pot. We never tried to use the laundry. But it was nice to know everything was there and available. The pool was closed for construction this season, which I know all the owners were all probably very angry about, especially since we never saw anyone working on in over the week that we were there. We took advantage of the bike paths and rode all the way to Colligney for lunch one day.

Loved this condo Great location only a 5 min walk to a beautiful and peaceful beach. Kitchen was well equipped! Lots of extra linens included as well. Only drawback was it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Best trip to HHI yet!
We had an amazing vacation! This spacious 1 bedroom condo was perfect! Loved the layout of the condo! We have stayed in various locations in HHI, but this was our first time in Sea Pines. Loved all the bike trails and close location to play pickleball and access the beach. Weather was perfect for this fall visit to HHI! Will definitely look for this listing to come up again!

Great Location for a Relaxing Visit
Great location. Walkable to Marina/Salty Dog/Pickleball/Sound (which is like having a private beach). Quick drive to the beach club & harbor, without being right in the thick of things (harbor town is very busy). Owner was very prompt with responses. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We liked the condominium we rented. It was nicely furnished and decorated. We appreciated the responses to our questions prior to our visit. The check in process was very well described and went smoothly. We also appreciated the materials sent to us prior to our visit regarding various services available in the area. On the negative side, we found the lighting in the living/dining room to be way too dim. We would suggest you install higher wattage light bulbs that are dimmable. We would also suggest you replenish the silverware. At one point, I lost my eye glasses. As I was searching for them, I discovered that the cleaning staff had not dusted the floors under the bed and furniture. We also would have appreciated instructions on the operation of the washer/dryer. They proved to be confusing. We managed to do some laundry but were guessing we got it right. It took forever to get clothes dry because we couldn't figure out how to set the drying time. We put in one hour and got one minute! Also, I was unable to remove the lint collector door so I was unable to remove any lint that may have collected.

Family trip to HHI
Our family of 3 (2 adults and a toddler) stayed at this property in June 2023. It was the perfect size for us since our daughter could sleep in her crib in the master bedroom (the bedroom was quite large). We had a small issue with getting a pass to Sea Pines that the property contact resolved immediately on a Sunday with excellent communication. The location of the property is awesome. Just a short walk across the street to a quiet beach on the sound. The beach was perfect for little kids who would be scared by the bigger waves of the ocean side of the island. It's also just down the street from the Salty Dog and all it has to offer. The bed was very comfortable, the living room had nice couches, dining room was adequate and the kitchen was large with nice appliances. There is a balcony but not much of a view to speak of. It wasn't a big deal for us since the beach was so close. We used the pool at the marina by the Salty Dog, which the owner reimbursed us for. The pool was okay, but we definitely preferred the beach. This place is on the 3rd floor so if steps are an issue for you, that might be a little challenging. We found the condo to be relatively clean, with your typical beach vacation rental salt/sand in various places, but overall it was in good shape when we arrived. In the end, for the price and location, this place is pretty hard to beat. If you are looking for a single bedroom condo in Sea Pines with easy beach access and close to the Salty Dog, this is the place
