Welcome to 22 Beach Arbor Villas, a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom dog friendly (with a small fee) townhouse in the popular South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. Park your car for the weekend and easily walk to anything you need! The townhouse is a short walk to the beach, Celebration Park, Coligny Plaza, The Bank Beer Garden, Sea Pines and more.

The townhouse comfortably sleeps 6 making it great for family and friends (plus your dog!) looking to get away to the beach for all occasions. Both bedrooms have been updated with newer mattresses and beds.

The well equipped kitchen provides you all the comforts of home. Don't worry about laundry - a washer and dryer set is available in the unit for your convenience.

The complex also has a family friendly private pool located just down the path from the front door.

Parking is conveniently located just steps from the front door of the unit.

Please note the following:
- We allow ONE dog at a time in the unit. If you would like to bring more than one dog, please reach out before booking to discuss
- There is a $125 additional fee for bringing your dog with you. Dogs MUST be disclosed in your reservation during the booking process
- Failure to disclose that you're traveling with a dog may result in a $200 fee
- Please, no dogs on the furniture. Failure to comply with rule may result in an additional fee
- There are cameras located at the front and rear doors for security purposes

Favorite Pet Stay
We have stayed here on a number of occasions and it is always fantastic! We love the location being close to great food and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Being able to bring our dog is a huge plus as well. RJ & Kathy are phenomenal hosts. Can’t wait to stay again!

Very Nice in Coligny
I truly enjoyed this property. It was within walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the public beach access which was very nice. We were able to walk our small dog without worry of a lot of traffic due to the quiet residential location. The condo was clean and spacious with access to a pool that was not over crowded and quiet. The owners were amazing to work with and responded to all of our questions when asked. I hope to stay here again!

The owners are EXTREMELY responsive and FAST to respond if you have questions. The location is wonderful and great for walking your dog! Great place to stay close to the beach. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Nice swimming pool. Updated bathrooms. New utensils in the kitchen for cooking. Only downside for me was the super soft mattress in the master bedroom.

Our stay was perfect other than the pool was closed for 2 1/2 days for some reason. Fortunately my daughter made friends with some people staying at the complex nearby and they invited us to join them at their pool. A “plan B” should be available if the pool should be closed

Perfect location to experience HHI
We have been coming to HHI for many years and this latest find for us has bern the best. The owners communicate with you before and during the stay. The location is excellent as we walked our dog to the beach every day, golf courses are short drive away and restaurants in the area are too many to mention. Living quarters were second to none and the beds were so comfortable , 3 showers kept things running smooth. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner there in the kitchen, washed and dried clothes while staying there….just a straight up 5 star experience

The perfect place! This was my husband and I’s first time visiting Hilton Head and we’ll certainly be back! The house was nicely located. We felt very safe and loved how everything was walkable/bikeable. The house was clean and easy to access. Parking was easy and available. It was OK
Liked the location and its’ proximity to the beach and Coligny plaza. Thought, based on the pictures, it would be a little more spacious and maintained. Disappointed that a couple of issues we brought to the property managers attention weren’t fixed before we showed up or during our stay. The place has a lot of potential to be very comfortable for an extended stay for two people.
