"We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend @ Grand Lake Cozy Cottage. The layout of the home is perfect. The kitchen is at least a 4 person working kitchen so that was great. The additional dining space was a plus. Due to inclement weather, we ended up having a great 'game day/night' at the table. It was enough for 6 people. The levels of decking was a bonus as was the boat house play room. It was nice having a long dock at we brought two fishing boats along with us. You won't regret renting this...

"Overall outstanding cabin! We had a great stay. The house was stocked with most all essentials - except TP!! A few issues we experienced was mice poop, under a pillow on one of the beds - which was not pleasant to wake up to. Also lots of flies coming out of the woodwork. One of the bedrooms upstairs the heat was never on, pretty cold! There is also leak from the upstairs shower pan, I think there’s a small hairline crack in there pan…it was dripping just above the bottom of the stairs…It’s...

"We had a lovely stay but 2.5 bathrooms wasn't quite enough for 6 ladies. We stayed in October for the leaf colors. The house is beautiful, nice decor and comfortable. Would stay again. "

Large enough that everyone can have their own space but with cozy living and dining areas that everyone can gather in. Mitch is always so welcoming and is quick to respond when I reach out. "This house was wonderful to stay in. The beach was great, a little dirty but my 2 and 1 year olds loved it. The house was as advertised. A lot of spiders but that is to be expected with a lake house. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were pretty uncomfortable but not unbearable.
