"This property was absolutely amazing! We all enjoy the view and the privacy of the woods. We really loved the cabin and listening to the creek run! I would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in this area! The check-in process was awesome and felt like everything was meant just for us! Highly recommend this place! "

"The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I knew that we would be sharing the house with someone else, so that wasn’t a big deal to hear them walking around upstairs. Next time I would love to rent both spaces and bring more folks to use it all. My favorite part though - the goats, pig, and dog who I got to pet for a while! I was definitely in my element. Very close to shopping, bars, restaurants, and more. Highly recommend Tennessee Hills distillery too! "

"We had a great time! Happy Trails Cottage is in a great location and the host was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. When we got back to the cottage in the evenings after hiking/biking nearby, my children especially enjoyed the town park and creek, right outside the front door. "

"A group of friends and I stayed over a long weekend. The house is cozy and comfortable, with enough space to stretch out. Coffee on the covered porch in the morning overlooking the farms and hills was a treat. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and cookware we needed for some nice meals. The property is quiet and peaceful. We had a great time."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and very beautiful location. Having 4WD vehicle is recommended. The only issue we encountered was the fact we were international travellers. Their main booking site didn't seem to be able to cater for international (non US) phone numbers, and despite emailing a few times it wasn't changed. This meant we didn't have access to the 'portal' on which most information was contained as the multi factor login authentication failed because it couldn't text us the code. ...

You get the rustic feel of a remote cabin without giving up modern conveniences like reliable Wi-Fi, streaming TVs, new appliances, and heat/air conditioning. Abingdon was about half way between our respective hometowns. Regina is the best host! She has renovated and decorated this cabin to perfection! "This property/cabin was beyond perfect! Beautiful views, peaceful sounds and completely private and secluded. We fell in love with every part of it as well as the surrounding areas.
