"Front desk clerk, Carolina, was amazing and very very accommodating! Pets are allowed and some were a bit noisy in the night. Especially if you were in room 135 where my sister was staying. Breakfast bar was waffles, bagels, English muffins, juices, coffee, bananas, apples and I think that's it. We brought our own instant oatmeal, nuts and berries, so we had what we needed."

"I arrived at my room to find the hot water not available. The issue was being worked on and the management was extremely helpful. The room itself was great and comfortable. The beds are great. I recommend staying here. "

"We stay here annually as we visit relatives in the area. The hotel is always clean and the front staff welcoming. Our only complaint is that the included breakfast quality has declined every year. This year I couldn’t even find someone to ask for a glass of water since none was available in the dining room. Ended up going into the lobby to get one. Will still stay here when we visit though. "
