"The cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable. Need some hanging clothet. Or large hooks to hang coats. and some end tables by sofa would be nice, we used the dinning rm chairs. The really bad part was the kitchen--no mixing bowls,microwave pots no alum/foil no pans for baking. We rent from Vrbo to save money on eating out this is hard when the kitchen is so poorly stocked. and the first step is very high."

"Katie greeted me by name when I arrived, and got all the basics - door keys, etc. quickly, and explained they are proximity - so just a tap is needed. The building is really well built, with a fitness room and laundry available 24/7. Met interesting 'neighbors' in the same building. The room is one of the best, and nicely decorated. And I got a great night of sleep - so necessary for travelling!"

"My only regret about staying at the Mansion was that we didn't stay longer. The house and grounds are so beautiful and everyone we encountered was friendly--my kids were especially enamored with the friendly pets they met. The rooms were spaceous and very comfortable, and it was a very restful place to stay, even with my wild bunch of kids. My children loved the play room. If anything, the listing undersold it! "I've been waiting to stay at this location for over a year and an opportunity came to where I was able to make it happen and it was well worth the wait! There’s plenty to do in a safe environment plus the valet parking was the cherry on top!"

"The vibe of the hotel, staff, and food options were great for a leisurely family trip. The bar staff were great. Our family loved all the Cincinnati history and culture references. We chose an accessible room with a bathtub to make things easier for our child- and do have one suggestion. Photos for each room suggest that bathrooms would have a vanity with counter space. Our room only had a floating sink, which would be nice for wheelchair use, but the sink really needed a shelf at the back or side to store basic toiletries. (soap, toothpaste, tooth brush, etc.)"
