"This was a wonderful place, and Wayne was a wonderful host. He had a cheese plate awaiting us for our anniversary and was always quick to reply and suggest activities around town. The apartment was small and cozy, just as described. The bed was pretty soft, but I like it that way. We felt safe here day or night out walking from the Metro Station that was a little over 500 feet away and VERY CONVIENENT! Overall A++"

"My 14 year old daughter and I spent 6 days in DC and this home was perfect for us. We spent the first few days walking every where which was great to see the different neighborhoods. The metro was only 15 minutes from the house which was very convenient. Reina was super helpful and kind to let us leave our belongings in the apartment until our train later on in the day. "Only issue with the unit is the inability to control the temperature. There is no thermostat. The temperature is controlled by the owner. Had to message the owner several time to have her turn up the heat."

"Katy and Steve's place is ideally located and we really enjoyed the accessibility of the Chevy Chase Circle neighborhood to the delights of Washington D.C. and the Maryland suburbs. The parking arrangement just down the street was super convenient too, and the D.C. Metro Red line is an easy 15 minute walk away. They were also very welcoming of our dog (they are dog owners themselves) and there are lots of nearby nice streets and parks to take your pet for a walk. The only negative is that...
