"I stayed at the Laguna as it's my go to hotel when in Poole/Bournemouth. The hotel is clean but not the cleanest, staff are friendly happy and helpful. The hotel is located close to Bournemouth centre, an easy 10 minutes stroll through the pleasure gardens will get you to town centre bars restaurant, shops etc and the beach is just a few minutes further walking. Free parking at the hotel is a big plus and on cloudy or rainy days the hotels own indoor pool is a massive bonus if you have children...

"Nice hotel, close to the centre and an easy walk to the beach. Very clean. A bit dated in areas - but nothing to worry about. Tip - if you are using the pool bring flip flops and a robe as the changing rooms are down some stairs and are a bit cold - this way yiu could just straight from/to your room."

Staff was excelllent, our first night the rooms air conditioning was broken and it was late when we got back so we just tried sleeping and figured we'd talk to member of staff about it the next day. We did just that and they changed our room for us. The room I stayed in was well presented and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. I would book this hotel again over some of the local competitors in the same price range. "
