"Very simple room, but we only needed a place to sleep so that was fine. The bed in the floor was not very comfortable though. The biggest negative was a terrible smell that came from the shower drain. It was bad enough to wake me up from sleeping in the middle of the night. The location can’t be beat though. It is right in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do."

"The staff working in this hotel (breakfast area, reception & luggage room) were so attentive to all of the guests. I have never seen such good staff. Breakfast was excellent, i couldn't complain at all. Hotel is on the Picadilly line so direct route to Heathrow Airport and down to Covent Garden.
