The Hiroshima atomic bomb memorial park, the bombed building preserved from 1945, and Hiroshima castle are all within walking distance (albeit a 20-30 minute walk). "Overall good with a couple of peculiarities. The room was clean and self check-in was smooth. The area is well located just west of the Peace Park and within walking distance to the Hondori shopping street, which has a lot of choice for stores and restaurants. A couple of strange things: 1) the room has a lot of windows and the blinds don't block out all the light, so it gets bright in the room early; 2) the room has only a small plug-in area heater for heat, so the room was cool when we were...
