The breakfast and dinner buffets provide high quality and many varieties of food. Shuttle ferry / bus are convenient. The sunrise and sunset at the viewing platform are beautiful."

"Nice big, new, clean room. Amazing breakfast buffet. Convenient walk to the station, castle ruins, and Taisha. A little confusing at first because you enter on the ground floor by the parking garage, but the check in lobby is on the third floor. Just go up and have a nice stay."

"We thought the staff were so accommodating. Nothing was a problem. We asked to cancel our Japanese breakfast and they applied the cost as a credit toward our dinner meal, which was excellent. Provided an extra pillow and always had fresh towels for the onsen. They also helped with directions to various places we visited. Beautiful view of the river from where you sit in the onsen. Arigatogozaimasu!"
