She made sure that every need that we had was attended to, whether it be restaurant reservations, transportation, booking a boat, booking our nightly massages….we felt that she bent over backwards for us. "Exceptional retreat that offers a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. From the moment you arrive, the attention to detail is evident, with beautifully designed villas that seamlessly blend modern aesthetics with natural surroundings. The facilities are top-notch, catering to both relaxation and adventure. The staff are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to ensure every guest has a memorable stay. Solid snorkeling experience at the beach. In-room dining is okay but obviously can’t beat the convenience. Highly recommended."

"The resort is fairly large with many options for food. However reservations are recommended as some of the higher demand restaurants may not be able to accommodate. There is no room service, so guests should be proactive when it comes to meals. The quality of service meets and exceeds expectations and while not all staff speak English, there are incredibly patient and will help you get what you need. Spa, car rental, and transportation services to and from the airport and within the resort are available to get around. Amazing snorkeling and water activities right off the beach. "

"It was a great stay. But.. There was a coffee? Stain on the wall under the bathroom sink next to the trash can. There were sand and long hair in the towel rack (black basket ) that was located under the sink. Shower room and bathroom were clean. But I hesitated to take a bath in the bathtub because of the uncleanness under the bathroom sink. Other than that, it was a great stay. Breakfast was excellent. So many options including local food. "

"Breakfast was excellent. Local food options are available. We had a washing machine available in the room which helped us a lot. Hanging clothes in the room was challenging but I found out I could have hung clothes in the bathroom. There are clothes dryers on the 1st floor which helped to dry clothes. Room was very clean, very quiet and I slept well. Overall, it was an excellent stay. "

"Great 3 stars grade hotel, good sized rooms, shower room is spacious and nice, pool, jacuzzi and dry sauna with an awesome breakfast. Wai Wai beach within 5 minutes walk from the hotel is fantastic for snorkeling. Just please rent a car so you don't spend much money with taxi rides. "
