"We had a fantastic stay at Jason’s property. The house is just as pictured, very clean, and the pool and yard is amazing. Jason and his team were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay."

"From the outside this house looks beautiful. When we got in the house it was 78 degrees which was uncomfortable but the house cooled down that’s ok. There were a total of 2 “queen beds” and 1 twin bed. The “” are because the beds are air mattresses which is not disclosed in the listing. What made matters worse is one of the air mattresses were deflated. It was one of the self inflating mattresses however it didn’t work so it was unusable. That means we were down to 2 beds. This house said it could accommodate 6 people so if you’re counting the couch (which is NOT a pull out) you should disclose that. Before we showed up to the house we took a trip to the grocery store so we could have food for the week and not have to go out every day. Unfortunately when we got there we realized the fridge looked like it was from 2005 and it did not work. Both the freezer and fridge were hot and smelled rancid which caused most of the food we bought to go bad. We tried to shower later that night and found house had no hot water. The whole rest of the week we had to shower in freezing cold water. For two days we were on the phone with VRBO customer service trying to figure out what we could do since the home owner would not answer, and were told since it was EDC weekend everything was booked and couldn’t be moved even after we had found available listings ourselves. We were basically told to suck it up and stay at the house or that we could get our money back and have nowhere to sleep."

"I had our family trip planned to Las Vegas for Thanksgiving since July. I searched several properties to find one that would work for my wheelchair bound handicap family member that needed a bedroom on the downstairs floor. When I found this one, I booked it immediately. I spoke with the property manager and she knew we were coming for a family event and knew I had a handicap family member. Again, I had this booked back in July. The morning we were due to arrive in Las Vegas (Nov 22) I logged in to see if she had sent me check in information, but instead I found out that she canceled the reservation that morning. She didn’t even bother to send me a message or let me know. If I wouldn’t have checked, we would have arrived in Las Vegas with no place to stay. Me, my husband, our three children, my 70-year-old mother and her paraplegic boyfriend would have been stranded. Not to mention it was F1 weekend, and most hotels were booked or completely overpriced, especially at the last minute. I reached out and asked her for at least an explanation and still have had no response. I can’t believe Vrbo lets somebody like this rent through their website. A complete disgrace."
